We provide coached outdoor bodyweight movement sessions. Descriptions on the website are informational. Participation requires reasonable physical readiness; you are responsible for deciding whether a session is appropriate for you.

Bookings and payment

Prices listed are in GBP and may be updated. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation. Payment terms are stated at the time of booking.

Participant responsibilities

• Arrive on time with suitable clothing, water, and any personal items noted in your confirmation.
• Inform the coach of injuries or limitations before the session starts.
• Follow safety instructions and respect other participants.

Weather and changes

Outdoor sessions may be relocated or rescheduled for safety. We follow the weather adaptation plan described on our workshops page and notify registered attendees by email.

Limitation of liability
